Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the 50 United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes outside the contiguous U.S. at this time.

Processing and delivery time

Orders ship from our U.S. warehouse within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Standard delivery takes about 3–5 business days after shipment.

Rates

• Orders of $49 or more: free standard shipping
• Orders under $49: $5.95 flat rate

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or has not arrived within 10 business days of shipment, email support@weicaauto.com with your order number and we will send a replacement or refund.
