If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to request a refund
- Email support@weicaauto.com with your order number and a short note on what went wrong.
- We reply within 1 business day with next steps. For opened products we may ask for a photo instead of a return.
- If a return is needed, we send you the return address. Unopened items should be returned in their original packaging.
Refund timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
Damaged or wrong items
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.
